Our fee for an initial evaluation is $300.00 and an individual 50 minute session in our Tulsa office is $100.00.
We accept private pay only; however, 50% of our clients receive partial or full reimbursement from their insurance company after submitting our evaluation report, progress reports, and billing statements.
